The LDPE zip lock bag with three white writing panels 90 µm combines two benefits: a strong 90 µm wall thickness for robust contents and three matte writing panels for noting batch, date or description directly on the bag. The double-lip press-to-close zip makes it resealable as often as you like.
You need this variant when the contents must be both labelled and protected. The thicker film absorbs mechanical stress, while the panels ensure clear identification — a common requirement in:
The LDPE is soft, tear-resistant and crystal clear outside the panels; the 90 µm gives noticeable puncture and tear resistance. You can write on the matte panels with a ballpoint pen, pencil or waterproof marker. Food contact is certified according to EC 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011 (PIM on request), the material is freezer-safe down to around -40 °C and recyclable as a PE mono-material, PPWR-compliant from 2030.
Choose the 50 µm version with panels for light contents and a tighter budget. If you don't need writing panels, choose the 90 µm variant without panels for full visibility. This combination is the maximum in robustness plus labelling in one bag.
The practical added value of this variant comes from the combination: the 90 µm wall absorbs mechanical stress, while the three matte panels provide clear, abrasion-resistant identification. In spare parts or sample logistics, this means a heavy or sharp-edged item is not only safely packaged but also identifiable at all times — you write batch, date or item number directly on the bag instead of on a separate label. The double-lip press-to-close zip stays tight over 30 to 50 cycles, so you can reuse and re-label the same packaging several times. At the end of its life the bag remains mono-material LDPE and belongs in the recyclables bin, where it is fully recycled in the PE stream.
