Our bags are made from grade-A virgin material and are suitable for contact with food (except bags made from regenerate). The material is continuously tested by the manufacturer, with further tests carried out after production. Finally, we take random samples which are tested at regular intervals by an independent laboratory. With regard to the parameters examined, these samples meet the provisions of the Framework Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and the GMP Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006.
We guarantee that the production of our bags is carried out with the utmost care and cleanliness and under constant quality controls. The individual batches are marked with order numbers and are thus traceable. Samples are taken to check the quality features against specific specifications and to consistently ensure the standard of our bags.

What is a declaration of conformity?
A declaration of conformity (the data sheet) confirms that a bag meets the legal requirements for food contact — in particular the EU Framework Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and the GMP Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006.
Which bags have a data sheet?
For almost all food-safe bags made from grade-A virgin material. Excluded are products made from regenerate (recycled material). The matching document can be found above, sorted by bag type.
Are the bags food-safe?
Yes, our bags made from virgin material are suitable for direct contact with food. Random samples are regularly tested by an independent accredited laboratory.
How up to date are the data sheets?
We always keep the respective valid version on file. In the event of material changes, we update the document centrally, so that the current version is always available for download here.
Do I need a separate data sheet for a custom manufacture?
For individual sizes, materials or printing, we create a matching document on request. Talk to us via custom manufacture.
