Side gusset sacks are large PE sacks with two incorporated side gussets for box-shaped stand-up and stacking capability. Standard application: box liners, mesh box lining, industrial waste, logistics.
LDPE 60–100 microns — standard variant
Low-density polyethylene, flexible and cost-efficient. The standard material thickness for dry industrial applications: bulk goods box liners, logistics packing, light industrial waste.
LDPE 100–150 microns — heavy-duty variant
Reinforced material thickness for heavier industrial applications: metal chips, production scrap, sharp-edged components in logistics. Higher tear and puncture resistance.
LDPE 150–200 microns — industrial heavy
Maximum material thickness for extreme stress: mesh box lining with sharp-edged contents, heavy-duty logistics, large-quantity packing. Industrial heavy-duty applications.
HDPE — vest-bag look
High-density polyethylene film with a crisp look and high tear resistance at a low material thickness. Popular for light industrial applications with a protection requirement.
Special shapes — flat bottom, bottom gusset
Beyond the standard side gusset construction, we offer sacks with an integrated flat bottom or bottom gusset for special filling and stand-up requirements.
Antistatic and ESD protection
On request, antistatic versions (ESD protection) for packaging electronic components — conductive additives in the material prevent static charging.
Material comparison at a glance
| Variant | Material | Thickness / property | Typical application |
|---|
| Standard | LDPE | 60–100 microns | Box liners, logistics, light waste |
| Heavy-duty | LDPE | 100–150 microns, tear/puncture-resistant | Chips, production scrap |
| Industrial heavy | LDPE | 150–200 microns, extreme stress | Mesh box lining, sharp-edged |
| Vest-bag look | HDPE | thin & tear-resistant | Light industrial applications |
| Antistatic / ESD | LDPE + conductive additives | static-dissipative | Electronic components |
