OPP 30 microns with an air hole — the natural soap standard

Crystal-clear OPP film with a small punched air hole in the upper area. Self-adhesive adhesion seal on the flap. Breathable thanks to the air hole — prevents condensation and moisture build-up with natural soaps.

Kraft paper 60–80 g/m² — the organic standard

Natural or coloured kraft paper in artisan quality. Printable with high-resolution brand designs. Standard for solid shampoo, bath salts, scrubs, dry shampoo. Fully FSC-certifiable on request.

Kraft paper with AL7 / LDPE — aroma protection

Sustainability — cosmetics packaging for organic and natural cosmetics brands

FSC-certified kraft paper

On request we supply all paper packaging with FSC certification as proof of sustainable forestry. Important for organic, natural cosmetics and plastic-free brands. Minimal cost surcharge.

Mono-PE and PPWR compliance

Mono-PE laminates (PE/EVOH/PE) are recyclable in the PE stream, NIR-detectable in German sorting plants and RecyClass design guideline-compliant. They meet the EU Packaging Regulation from 2030.

Compostable kraft paper/PLA laminates

For dry cosmetic products (solid soap, solid shampoo without essential oils, dry shampoo), kraft paper/PLA laminates are industrially compostable to EN 13432. Not suitable for fatty or oily products (PLA degrades).

Reusable premium packaging

Cotton and fleece drawstring bags are reusable many times over (50–100 cycles) and therefore have a considerably better ecological footprint than single-use packaging. Ideal for premium soap ranges and gift sets sold as a high-quality beauty experience.

Reduced material use

Plastic-free marketing also works through material reduction: adhesion seal bags in 30 microns OPP film use 60–70% less material than comparable PE bags. Material efficiency is often the biggest lever in the sustainability report.
