The Gold Coffee Bags are light-proof aroma-protection stand-up pouches made of aluminium composite with an integrated one-way aroma valve — the glossy-gold premium variant for gift editions, limited roasts and high-priced ranges. The aluminium completely blocks out light and oxygen, the valve lets the CO₂ of freshly roasted beans escape.
Gold immediately looks high-quality and festive and positions your coffee in the upper price segment. For gift sets, Christmas or anniversary editions and particularly fine house roasts, the glossy-gold surface is a strong visual argument. The stand-up base keeps the pouch upright on the shelf, so that the glossy front comes fully into its own.
Behind the gold look is the same technical core as in all aluminium variants: a composite structure with aluminium as the maximum barrier against light, oxygen and moisture. Since freshly roasted coffee releases CO₂ for days, the one-way aroma valve is essential — it directs the gas outwards and prevents oxygen from entering or the pouch from bloating.
Aroma and light protection are technically the same for gold, black, silver, red and white — you decide on the effect. Take gold for the premium and gift segment, where the glossy surface visually justifies the higher price. If your brand prefers an understated, elegant look, black is more suitable; for the classic, neutral appearance silver, for an espresso signal red, as a bright print surface white. If instead the pouch should be recyclable in the PE stream, you choose the LDPE variant with K-sealing — it forgoes the aluminium barrier and valve in return. No, the barrier is the same for all aluminium colour variants, because the material structure is the same. You choose purely by brand effect: gold for premium and gift, black for understated elegance, silver for classic, white for bright branding.
Yes, printing in flexo or gravure is possible. On gold, dark lettering and embossing looks particularly elegant. Note that the gold tone slightly changes the print colours — for an exact result we coordinate the print image in advance. We clarify the minimum run and delivery time individually.

Thanks to the light-proof aluminium barrier, the coffee is already well protected from light and oxygen. Nevertheless, store the bag dry and not directly by the heating; then the roast aroma stays stable over the shelf life. After opening, any zip closure keeps the bag closed.
