The packing list & document pouches window left are self-adhesive shipping pouches made of waterproof PE with an address window on the left side. You stick them on the outside of the parcel and carry the packing list, invoice or shipping papers inside – the window positioned on the left gives the address a fixed, immediately visible place.

This variant is intended for shipping processes where the address should appear in a defined spot. If you insert the packing list so that the address field lies in the window on the left, the address is clearly positioned on the parcel and easy to read – handy for sorting, delivery and a tidy look on the box. They are used in classic parcel shipping as well as on pallets, where the pouch also adheres to stretch film.

Material and properties

The pouches are made of waterproof PE film that keeps the inserted documents dry in rain and wet conditions. The self-adhesive back adheres reliably to cardboard, smooth surfaces and stretch film. The closure flap secures the document against slipping out, while the window on the left keeps the address visible. The pouches are available in the common formats from DIN A6 to DIN A4 as well as DIN long; the specific selection is shown in the order table.

Choosing window left or neutral

Choose the window-left variant when the address should have a fixed, predefined place and the document is inserted accordingly aligned. If, on the other hand, the entire document carries the information and you don't need a fixed window position, the fully transparent neutral variant is more flexible. Material, waterproofing and self-adhesion are the same for both pouches – the difference lies solely in the address window on the left versus the continuously open front.
