Ordering from Elke Plastic: minimum quantity, payment, shipping and returns
At Elke Plastic there is no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single carton. From €200 net goods value we deliver free of charge in Germany, and delivery time there is 1 to 5 days for items in stock. Depending on the country, you can pay by invoice (Germany only), prepayment, PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Samples are free, and you have 30 days to withdraw from your order.

How to order
Choose the item and the variant, meaning the size and carton content, and add the number of cartons to your cart. Tiered prices apply from 2, 5 and 10 cartons. You choose the payment method at checkout. If you are unsure about the material or format, order free samples first.

Purchase on invoice is only available in Germany. There is no discount for prepayment: the price is the same as with any other payment method. With prepayment, we ship the goods as soon as the payment has been received.
Shipping and delivery time
Within Germany (mainland), shipping costs €7.50, and from €200 net goods value we deliver free of charge. Express costs €14.95 and arrives in 1 to 2 days if you order by 12:00. For items in stock, we expect a delivery time of 1 to 5 days in Germany. The costs and times for all other countries are on the shipping page.
Samples
We send samples free of charge and without obligation on request. This way you can check the material, format and closure on your own product before you order.
Custom production and printing
Printed bags and special formats are possible. Quantity, dimensions, material and print are defined individually for each order, and the minimum quantity also depends on the order. You will receive a specific quote.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 30 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. This applies to all customers. Special rules apply to custom-made products produced to your specifications, which you can find in the withdrawal policy and in your quote.
