The packing list & document pouches neutral are self-adhesive, transparent shipping pouches made of waterproof PE that you stick on the outside of the parcel to carry the packing list, invoice or customs documents. Neutral means: the pouch is fully transparent and without printing, so the inserted document remains readable from the outside.

What the neutral document pouches are used for

The pouches accompany parcels and pallets in shipping when accompanying papers have to travel on the outside. You insert the packing list or invoice, peel off the protective film and stick the pouch directly onto cardboard or even onto the stretch film of a pallet. Because they are transparent and unprinted, the document can be read without opening – ideal when the content itself carries the information and no predefined labelling such as an address field is needed.

Material and properties

The pouches are made of PE film and are waterproof, so the documents stay dry and readable on the transport route even in rain or wet conditions. The self-adhesive back adheres reliably to cardboard, film and smooth surfaces. The closure flap protects the document from slipping out and from dirt. The pouches are available in common formats from DIN A6 to DIN A4 as well as DIN long – the specific selection is found in the order table.

Choosing neutral or window left

The neutral pouches are completely transparent and without a pre-printed field – right when the document alone carries the information. If, on the other hand, you need a defined address window, for example because the address should be visible in a fixed spot, the variant with window left is the suitable choice. Function, material and self-adhesion are the same for both; the difference lies solely in the neutral versus the window-structured front.

What does "neutral" mean for these document pouches?

Neutral means the pouch is fully transparent and without printing or a pre-printed field. The inserted document remains completely readable from the outside, without an address window dictating the front.

Do the self-adhesive pouches also adhere to stretch film?

Yes. The self-adhesive back adheres to cardboard, smooth surfaces and also to the stretch film of pallets. You just peel off the protective film and press the pouch on.

How is the document held in the pouch?

Via a closure flap. It keeps the packing list inside, protects it from slipping out and at the same time keeps out dirt and moisture.

Can I also use the pouch for customs and export papers?

Yes. Because they are waterproof and adhere to the outside of the parcel, they are well suited to carry customs and accompanying documents visibly and protected – the transparent front lets them be read without opening the pouch.

Do I have to order the pouch with my logo?

No, the neutral variant is deliberately unprinted. If you want printing with a logo or imprint, that is possible as a custom production with a minimum quantity – we clarify that on request.
