Which payment methods does Elke Plastic offer?
PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/UnionPay), Klarna (invoice/instalments/Sofort/direct debit), prepayment by bank transfer and purchase on account (30 days net).
Is purchase on account also possible for first-time buyers?
Yes, new customers can also conveniently pay by invoice — payment term 30 days net.
When will I receive the goods with prepayment?
Once payment has been received in our account, we usually ship the goods on the same or next working day. Bank transfers usually take 1-2 working days — please allow for this time. For faster shipping we recommend PayPal, Klarna Sofort or credit card.
Is paying in the shop secure?
Yes. All payments are made over SSL 256-bit encrypted connections. We do not store any card or account details ourselves — these remain exclusively with the respective payment service provider (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna). PCI DSS Level 1 certified and Trusted Shops buyer protection included.
Are there surcharges or fees for certain payment methods?
No. We do not charge any fees for the payment methods offered. With Klarna instalment purchase, interest may apply depending on the chosen instalment plan — this is shown transparently at checkout.
Is my payment data stored?
We do not store your card or account details. For recurring purchases with PayPal or Klarna, the data is stored encrypted exclusively with the respective payment service provider. You remain in control at all times.
How does Klarna invoice work?
With Klarna invoice you receive a separate invoice from Klarna after dispatch with a payment term (usually 14-30 days). Prerequisite: successful credit check. More information: klarna.com.
Can I still change the payment method after ordering?
As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, contact us by phone on (+49) 7731 / 924430 or by email at info@elke-plastic.com — we will try to make the change possible. For dispatched orders a change is no longer possible.
What happens in the event of late payment?
If the payment term is exceeded, we will send you a friendly reminder. In the event of prolonged delay, the statutory default interest as well as reminder fees will apply. If you run into difficulties, please get in touch early — we will find a solution together.
