Prepayment for international orders
For orders outside Germany, dispatch takes place only after receipt of payment. Please transfer to the following bank account:

Customs duties, taxes and fees on international deliveries
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT or local excise taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient.

Do you deliver to the United Kingdom?
No — we do not currently deliver to the United Kingdom. For deliveries to Switzerland, please use our Swiss shop elke-plastic.ch.
Note on sea freight delays
Due to ongoing bottlenecks in global sea freight, availability may be delayed for individual ranges. We will inform you individually if your item is affected.

How quickly is my order dispatched?
Orders received by 14:00 are usually dispatched the same business day. Delivery times depend on the destination country: Germany 1-5 days, EU countries 1-7 days (see shipping table above for details).
How can I track my shipment?
With dispatch you receive a tracking number by email. Track your shipment via the DPD portal or directly in your customer account.
What happens if I am not at home?
DPD attempts delivery up to three times. If no one is present, the parcel is left at a DPD PickUp shop near you. You can set a preferred address or preferred day with DPD.
Do you also deliver to Austria?
Orders from Austria are handled via our elke-plastic.at shop. There you will find shipping terms optimised specifically for AT.
Can I also collect in person?
Yes, collection in person at the warehouse is possible by prior telephone appointment on (+49) 7731 / 924430. Mon-Fri 8:00-12:00 + 13:00-17:00.
