How fast do you respond to enquiries?

Can I collect my goods from you?
Yes, self-collection is possible by prior telephone arrangement. Please get in touch at least 24 hours before collection at +49 7731 924430. Our warehouse in Rielasingen-Worblingen is staffed Mon-Fri 8:00-12:00 + 13:00-17:00.
Who is my contact for custom manufacture?
For individual bags, special formats, print jobs and material requests, please contact our custom manufacturing team. Ideally, use our custom manufacturing form — there you can provide all the key technical details right away.
Do you also ship to Austria and Switzerland?
Yes. Orders from Austria run via the domain elke-plastic.at. Customers from Switzerland order via our Swiss shop elke-plastic.ch. Within Germany we deliver from our warehouse. Details on delivery times and shipping costs can be found under Shipping.
How do I reach accounting for invoice questions?
For invoice enquiries, reminders, credit notes or payment processing, please write quoting your customer number and invoice number to info@elke-plastic.com with the subject "Accounting". You can also choose the subject "Accounting" in the contact form.
